Unmasking the Accuser

Satan's rebellion did not begin in Eden — it began in heaven. But his assault on humanity began in the Garden, with a question designed to undermine the Word of God. This quarter traces the origin of Satan's rebellion from his fall through the Flood to Babel — the first three eras of his war against humanity. Each session unmasks a specific strategy: deception in Eden, corruption in the antediluvian world, and unified rebellion at Babel.

After Babel, Satan's strategy shifted from corruption to oppression — raising up empires and tyrants who would enslave God's people. This quarter traces the four great empires of Daniel's vision — Egypt, Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome — and how each embodied a 'beast system' that Satan used to persecute the faithful. Each session dismantles a specific tyranny by exposing the spiritual reality beneath the political oppression and God's pattern of deliverance.

From Pentecost to the present, Satan has waged a two-front war against the church: persecution from without and deception from within. This quarter exposes his strategies across the Church Age — the early persecutions, the medieval corruption of the church, the Reformation's recovery of truth, the Enlightenment's rebellion, the horrors of the Holocaust and communist persecution, and the modern crisis of secularism. Each session exposes the enemy's work while pointing to God's faithfulness to preserve His church.

This final quarter traces Satan's last campaign — from the Tribulation, through the return of Christ, to the Millennial Reign and the final judgment. Here all three actions converge: the Antichrist is unmasked, his kingdom is dismantled, and Satan himself is exposed, bound, and finally cast into the lake of fire. The curriculum closes with the ultimate promise — the accuser of the brethren is cast down, overcome by the blood of the Lamb, the word of testimony, and the faithfulness of the saints.
